Description

Certificate establishing any death on national territory occurring before or after the introduction of RAVIP but not declared within the legal timeframe.

Any Beninese citizen

  • The court decision
  • Death declaration form if available, otherwise ANIP provides one to the user
  • Any document bearing the NPI of the declarant who made the declaration before the judge.
