Registration of new births

Description

This service completes the child's nominal data (name and surnames) on the basis of the birth declaration form, linked to its declaration number, date of birth and sex registered at the initial declaration in the healthcare facility, in order to assign an NPI.

  • Parents' CIP, FID, CNIB or biometric driving licence (if available).
